And this is how you make it...
you need:
lb fresh rhubarb cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 pkg.(3 oz.) strawberry JELL-O
Toss rhubarb in with sugar in large saucepan stir with the water.
Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 2 min. Remove from heat.Add dry gelatin mix;
stir for 2 min. Until completely dissolved.Pour into cups.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
